Start with what you want to keep. Work backward to what you do each day.
Most people set a sales goal and hope the bank account follows. This calculator starts with your take-home pay, adds back taxes, expenses, and splits, then turns the total into clients, appointments, and conversations you can put on a calendar.

Don't know steps 6 and 7? Here's how to get them
If you've been in business a while: look back at the last 12 months. Your calendar, CRM, phone log, and closed files have these numbers. A close guess is fine.
If you're new or never tracked it: start with 3 appointments per client and 10 conversations per appointment. These are starting points, not promises. Count every conversation and appointment for the next 45 days, then come back and put in your real numbers.
